Vegetables, fruit and breast cancer. References.

All different publications about the same cohort were given the same reference number, and cohorts were categorized according to year of first publication.
Smith-Warner SA (15) published cohort-specific results about 4 cohorts of which no data about the relation between breast cancer and vegetables/fruit was published before. These cohorts were "The Adventist Health Study", "The New York State Cohort", "The New York University Women's Health Study", and "The Swedish Mammography Cohort". These cohorts were given the reference numbers 16, 17, 18, and 19, respectively to simplify addition of future articles to the reference list.
