Pancreatic cancer risk: Data about the relation with pancreatic cancer risk was provided by one cohort (18). No association was found.

Pancreatic cancer mortality: Data about the relation with pancreatic cancer mortality was provided by 2 cohorts (11, 15). Nonsignificant protective effects were found among men, but not women.

Conclusion: Some associations were found, but these were nonsignificant, and in a cohort of very small size, once. Inconclusive evidence was found for an association between mushrooms and pancreatic cancer.
