Prostate cancer risk: Data about the relation with prostate cancer risk was provided by one cohort (10). A nonsignificantly increased risk was found.
Prostate cancer mortality: Data about the relation with prostate cancer mortality was provided by one cohort (20). No association was found with fungi.

Conclusion: No evidence was found for an association between mushrooms and prostate cancer.
